Held at East Garden in East Legon, the event brought together fans, music lovers and industry players for an intimate yet explosive concert. More than just a concert, EDEM X — short for Edem’s Experience — offered attendees a front-row seat to the versatility, stage mastery and musical excellence that have made the Volta-born artiste one of Ghana’s most respected performers.

For nearly two hours, Edem held the audience captive with a commanding live performance backed by The Band Masters, led by renowned producer and musician Mix Master Garzy. The rapper, singer and performer demonstrated exceptional vocal strength, remarkable breath control and a deep connection with the crowd throughout.

The night became even more memorable when Edem began unveiling a series of surprise guest appearances. Among the artistes who joined him on stage were Tinny, Coded of 4X4, Kwaw Kese, Kwabena Kwabena, Kuami Eugene, Trigmatic and several others — each adding to the electricity of an already charged atmosphere.

One of the biggest moments of the evening came when Coded of 4X4 stepped onto the stage. The appearance marked what many believe to be his first major stage performance in nearly a decade, drawing the loudest cheers of the night.

Even a brief spell of rain could not dampen the excitement. Rather than interrupt the show, Edem embraced the moment, continuing to perform while fans sang and danced along with him in the downpour.

As the show neared its climax, Edem confirmed two major announcements: EDEM X will return for a second edition in Accra, and his beloved annual EDEMFEST will be making a return to the Volta Region.

The final surprise of the night arrived when Edem unveiled his upcoming single, “GOTA (We Are Outside)”, performing the unreleased track live alongside featured acts Kpese Boy and Kojo Manuel — giving fans an exclusive first listen. The single is scheduled for release on July 26, 2026.
